Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in grocery retail Meat department processes.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
