Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of professional experience in meat department operations.
• Must have proven leadership experience.
• Must be dependable with a positive attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of safety, health and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
• Adhere to receiving, stocking, and sanitation procedures and ensure freshness and quality.
