You will coach staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and collaborate with store leadership to meet budget and service standards. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on expertise in meat operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order and prepare cutting lists; process meat to department goals and standards.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Lead staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
