Job summary

Houchens Food Group is seeking a Meat Manager to supervise workers in the meat department and ensure profitable operation within company policy. You will report to the Store Manager and lead the meat team to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, training on sanitation and safety, and managing inventory and orders to control shrink. Nights and weekends may be required to meet customer needs.
