You will maintain daily records, provide courteous service, and train employees in meat preparation, sanitation, and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards, with shift hours including nights and weekends as needed, and no travel.

Aufgaben

• Supervise workers engaged in preparing meat and ensure profitable operation of the meat department.
• Maintain meat department paperwork and records daily/weekly.
• Provide courteous, prompt service and resolve customer complaints.
• Train staff in food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for efficiency and standards.
• Record and manage weekly meat purchases and monthly inventories.
• Assign duties and manage workstations according to requirements.
• Monitor shrink control via inventory and ordering.
• Operate within budget for gross profit and meat distribution.
• Analyze theft and waste and implement corrective procedures.
• Rotate stock on receipt and stock rooms appropriately.
• Record hours worked and sign time tickets; conduct four-week inventory reporting.
