Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn on the job.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise workers in the meat department and ensure efficient service.
• Maintain department paperwork and inventory records daily and weekly.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service and resolve complaints.
• Train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and shrink to protect gross profit.
• Ensure proper equipment function and temperature control in meat cases.
