Responsibilities

• Monitor food distribution and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Clean and sterilize dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain coolers, cases and displays by keeping them stocked.
• Give customers friendly, courteous, and prompt service.
• Communicate with the meat manager as needed.
• Assist in controlling shrink and inventory processes.
• Record and verify hours worked on time tickets.
