Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers in meat preparation and operations.
• Maintain meat department paperwork and records on a daily/weekly basis.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service; resolve complaints.
• Train workers in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for quality and efficiency.
• Record and manage weekly meat purchases and inventory.
• Rotate products and manage inventory to control shrink.
• Develop departmental objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures.
