Job summary

Fresh Thyme Rewards is seeking a Meat Department team member in Minnesota to stock, prepare, and serve meat and seafood items. You will maintain product quality, rotate stock, and assist customers with product selection while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Stocks meat cases with presentation, pricing accuracy, and organization.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of meat aisles and storage areas.
• Monitors product rotation and expiry to ensure quality.
• Assists customers with purchases and cross-sells products at the meat counter.
• Receives, inspects, and logs shipments for temperature and quality.
• Operates knives, scales, wrappers, and other meat department equipment.
• Ensures proper temperatures during production and packaging of meat/seafood.
• Prepares specialty meat/seafood items per Fresh Thyme recipes.
