Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a meat department teammate to stock, prepare, and package meat and seafood products. You will ensure correct tagging, pricing, and organization while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, math accuracy, and the ability to handle knives and cutting equipment safely. Prior grocery retail experience is preferred;Flexible hours and team safety are valued.

Qualifications

• Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Must have basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures.
• Ability to cut and weigh various amounts of meat and seafood.

Responsabilités

• Stocks meat cases and ensures tag and pricing accuracy.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in meat aisles and storage areas.
• Receives, inspects, and logs product shipments for quality and temperature.
• Operates knives, scales, wrappers, and other meat department equipment.
• Preps specialty meat and seafood products following recipe standards.
• Ensures proper dating and packaging of meat products.
• Participates in pre-inventory and maintains product organization.
