Job summary

Fresh Thyme Rewards is seeking a meat department team member to stock, cut, and prepare meat and seafood products for daily sales at our Kirkwood store. You will maintain cleanliness, ensure proper dating, and assist customers with product selection while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in meat department.
• Preference for 2–3 years grocery retail meat experience; journeyman cutter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock meat cases with products as per department schematics.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in meat aisles and work areas.
• Rotate meat to prevent expiration and ensure proper dating.
• Assist customers at the meat counter and upsell products.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for temperature and quality.
