The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to cut, trim and prepare meat and seafood to exacting standards. You’ll support inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising while delivering an impeccable guest experience across the department.

This fast-paced role requires efficiency, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence. You’ll work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet store needs and ensure safety compliance and top-quality product availability.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Certification within 90 days of hire per internal training.
• Ability to maintain product knowledge and pricing integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests.
• Handle and trim meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas for freshness.
• Ensure safety and compliance with food safety policies.
