Compensation

Daily spiffs: Earned per front made each day - paid daily.

End-of-week front bonuses:

5 fronts in a week: $100 bonus

7 fronts in a week: $200 bonus

10 fronts in a week: $300 bonus

Daily KPI: 1 front per day minimum.

Estimated annual earnings:

Base production at KPI: approximately $50,000 per year

Strong consistent producer: approximately $70,000 per year

Top performer: approximately $90,000 or more per year

Actual earnings depend on daily front volume, spiff activity, and weekly bonus tier achieved.
