Our client is a business funding company that helps entrepreneurs secure capital solutions including MCA loans, term loans, lines of credit, and SBA loans. They are building a high-performance sales team of driven, competitive individuals who want uncapped earning potential in a results-based environment.

This is a fast-paced, in-office sales role designed for people who are coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance. The focus is simple: make calls, build relationships, close deals, and get paid based on results.

Sales experience in industries such as MCA funding, insurance, solar, real estate, retail, or telesales is helpful but not required. If you can communicate effectively, handle rejection, and stay consistent, this role may be a strong fit.

Compensation and Opportunity

Uncapped commission structure.

Top performers typically earn between $5,000 and $10,000+ per month based on consistency, execution, and production.
