Job summary

Worxweb Solutions is recruiting an MCA Exit Closer in Boca Raton, FL on behalf of a financial services client. The role features a $60,000 base salary, plus a guaranteed floor of $10,000 per month as you build your pipeline, and strong uncapped upside through commissions.

You will handle live transfers and fronts, build and manage your own pipeline, and engage in consultative, high-value sales. Work hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, in-office in Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a closer in MCA exit space.
• Minimum 3 years of MCA exit or related financial sales closing experience.
• High energy, driven, performance-focused mindset.
• Consultative sales approach with independent pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Close MCA exit deals from live transfers and fronts with qualified business owner prospects.
• Manage your own pipeline from initial contact through full cycle close.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations, build trust with prospects, and guide them through MCA exit.
