Uloop Inc. is seeking recruiters to handle inbound calls from consumers facing debt with an empathetic, consultative approach. You’ll assess hardship, budget, and goals, then present debt relief options and enroll qualified clients.

Join a fast-paced, high-volume environment in downtown Miami. Typical earnings include a $60K base equivalent with uncapped commissions, with top performers earning well over six figures.

Formación

• At least 1 year of phone sales in MCA, business funding, or business lending.

• Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM and follow up on open opportunities.

You dial hundreds of times a day, chase bank statements, work merchants who've been pitched by ten other shops that week, and watch deals die in underwriting.Thrive is different. What You'll Do

• At least 1 year of phone sales in MCA, business funding, or business lending (strongly preferred). Debt settlement, debt relief, or other high-ticket phone closing experience will also be considered.


• You're confident, quick on your feet, and comfortable handling objections


• You can talk about money and hardship with empathy and stay professional


• You're coachable, competitive, and driven by your numbers

Compensation

Average reps earn about $60,000 per year. Top producers earn $150,000 or more. Commission is uncapped, so what you earn depends on how much you close. Actual earnings depend on individual performance, production, and the terms of the compensation plan.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | In person at our downtown Miami office. This is not a remote position.
