Worxweb Solutions is recruiting an MCA Exit Closer for a financial services organization in Tinton Falls, NJ. This role offers a $10,000 per month guaranteed floor, a 10% commission on closed deals, and 50% of the total cycle on deals you open and close end to end, with an OTE of $120,000 to $400,000.

Base salary is $60,000 per year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. The position is in-office, Monday through Friday, in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a closer in the MCA exit space.
• Minimum 3 years of MCA exit or related financial sales closing experience.
• High energy, driven, and performance-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage a pipeline independently and work in-office in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Close MCA exit deals from live transfers and fronts with qualified business owner prospects.
• Manage your own pipeline from initial contact through full cycle close.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and guide prospects through the MCA exit process.
• Perform take-overs and support the floor as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity documentation.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly production targets.
