Nadia Care seeks a full-time Maternity Navigator to support expectant and new mothers in the Memphis area. You will educate, advocate, and connect families with essential resources, working both in-person and virtually within a collaborative care team.

The role emphasizes trust-based engagement, cultural sensitivity, and flexible scheduling, including weekdays with occasional weekends and on-call rotation. Prioritize compassionate, community-centered care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation.
• Experience delivering prenatal/postpartum health education.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Independent field work with team support; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually and in-person; educate on urgent signs and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques; build confidence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; escalate clinical issues.
• Document all care interactions with accuracy; ensure coordinated support.
• Build trust with mothers; provide emotional and practical guidance.
• Connect families to community resources; address barriers like housing or transportation.
• Provide feedback to shape Nadia Care programs; attend admin meetings.
