Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Maternity Navigator to support expectant and new mothers in the Memphis area. You will educate families, connect them with resources, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including weekdays and occasional weekends, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and effective communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation.
• Experience providing prenatal and postpartum health education is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with mothers virtually and in person to educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques to help mothers feel prepared.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and escalate clinical issues when needed.
• Document all care interactions clearly for coordinated support.
• Build trust with mothers and connect them to community resources.
