Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Maternity Navigator (MN) to support expectant and new mothers in the Memphis area. The role blends in-person and virtual engagement, helping families navigate care, access resources, and receive education on prenatal, birth, and postpartum topics.

You will work with Nadia members in South Memphis and surrounding neighborhoods, schedule includes weekdays with occasional weekends and light on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Certified Perinatal Community Health Worker or Certified Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Meet with mothers virtually and in-person to educate on health topics.
• Educate on birth positions, breathing techniques, and postpartum recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and escalate clinical issues.
• Document care interactions clearly for coordinated support.
• Connect families to community resources to overcome barriers.
• Provide feedback to shape Nadia Care programs.
• Attend administrative meetings and follow policies.
