Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Bilingual Maternity Navigator (MN) to support expectant and new mothers. You will bridge healthcare and community, providing empowerment and tools for a healthy pregnancy, primarily serving South Memphis, Whitehaven, Hickory Hill, Parkway Village, and North Memphis.

Qualifications

3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or navigation as a CHW or CMA.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong listener and communicator with compassion and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

Meet mothers virtually and in-person, educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and attend daily huddles.
