Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Bilingual Maternity Navigator (MN) to support expectant and new mothers. You will bridge healthcare and community, providing empowerment and tools for a healthy pregnancy, primarily serving South Memphis, Whitehaven, Hickory Hill, Parkway Village, and North Memphis.

Flexible schedule with 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm shifts, occasional weekends, and light on-call rotation. You will educate on maternal health topics, support birth planning, and coordinate with a

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or navigation as a CHW or CMA.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong listener and communicator with compassion and cultural sensitivity.

Responsabilidades

• Meet mothers virtually and in-person, educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and attend daily huddles.
