Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a full‑time Maternity Navigator to serve expectant and new mothers in the Greater Nashville area. You will build trusted relationships, educate families on pregnancy and postpartum care, and connect them with community resources through in‑person and virtual visits.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in community health or patient advocacy and hold a relevant certificate; you must be a strong communicator, culturally sensitive, with a valid driver's license and access to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation.
• Certification in perinatal community health work or related field.
• Excellent listening and communication with cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually and in-person, educate on health topics and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in daily huddles.
• Document all care interactions accurately for coordinated support.
• Build trusting relationships and connect to community resources.
