Nadia Care is seeking a full‑time Maternity Navigator to support expectant and new mothers in the Greater Nashville area. You will educate families, connect them with care resources, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, empowering pregnancies.

The role emphasizes community-based advocacy, flexible scheduling, and a commitment to addressing social determinants of health that affect pregnancy outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy or navigation
• Experience with prenatal and postpartum health education
• Strong listening and communication skills with cultural sensitivity

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually and in‑person, educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and attend daily huddles
• Document all care interactions accurately for coordinated support
• Build trusting relationships and provide emotional support and practical guidance
• Connect families to community resources to overcome barriers
• Provide feedback to help shape Nadia Care programs
• Attend administrative meetings and follow policies and procedures
