• Organize inbound freight schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead material check-in to ensure quality and accuracy of inbound POs.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Projects team to maximize productivity.
• Report updates verbally and in writing to the Projects team.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as research and email.
• Assist in vendor returns.
