Job summary

RK Supply in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Project Coordinator Lead to work with Project Coordinators and inside sales reps to drive on-time completion of our projects. You will manage receiving and shipping of project materials and help ensure deadlines are met.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of pipe, valves and fittings, be comfortable with tight deadlines, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Forklift certified.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Project Coordinators
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, materials, and deliveries.
• Communicating with customers and vendors.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
