Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor inbound freight schedules and meet deadlines.
• Lead material check-in to ensure PO quality and accuracy of inbound orders.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Projects team to maximize productivity.
• Report updates verbally and in writing to the Projects team.
• Complete administrative tasks such as research and email.
• Assist in vendor returns.
