Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and replace automotive components across engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and more while upholding safety and VIP quality standards.

You will follow VIP processes to ensure a superior customer experience and compliance with regulations. You’ll work with the Service Manager and Desk Team to manage work orders, MPI, and customer engagements, maintaining a clean work area, proper parts handling, and ongoing ASE

Qualifications

Read, analyze, interpret technical instructions, regulations.
Explain vehicle information clearly to customers.
Diagnose and recommend solutions for automotive problems.
Interpret and apply written, oral, or diagram instructions.
Perform required automotive services listed above.

Responsibilities

Prioritize workplace safety and complete safety training.
Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for automotive systems per ASE A1–A8.
Manage service work orders and MPI processes with the desk.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper parts handling.
