Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Diagnose basic automotive problems and recommend solutions.
• Follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions accurately.
• Maintain required ASE certifications as applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority and follow all safety policies.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems per ASE coverage.
• Initiate Service Work Orders and display them with the vehicle.
• Complete MPI prior to service and support the 5-for-5 engagement process.
• Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service.
• Keep work area clean and organized; manage cores and tires per policy.
• Maintain 16-week productivity targets for Technician levels.
• Follow VIP quality standards and complete required training and certifications.
• Participate in meetings and routine shop maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and regulations.
