WPP Enterprise Solutions is partnering with Mazda North America Operations to steer a comprehensive Martech Technology Strategy. The Associate Director will translate Mazda’s business goals into actionable roadmaps across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, and data governance, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to drive measurable growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technology strategy, marketing technology strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology roadmaps across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems including CDP, CRM, analytics, and journey orchestration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Mazda Martech roadmap end-to-end across CDP, CRM, personalization, content operations, taxonomy, analytics, and data engineering.
• Translate business priorities into workstream plans, requirements, and roadmap inputs.
• Develop analysis and recommendation materials for build, buy, partner, or stop decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to validate feasibility and activation dependencies.
• Lead workshops and executive alignment sessions with cross-functional teams and partners.
