WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Associate Director of Martech Technology Strategy to partner with Mazda North America Operations. You will connect Mazda’s business goals to the Martech stack, spanning CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, and governance to drive measurable growth.

You’ll own the Mazda Martech roadmap, translate priorities into use cases and requirements, and deliver clear decision support to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in technology strategy or marketing technology strategy.
• Experience shaping enterprise technology roadmaps across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mazda Martech roadmap and governance across CDP, CRM, analytics.
• Translate business priorities into workstream plans and requirements.
• Support decisions with analysis and recommendations across the Martech ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and executive alignment.
