Job summary
WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Associate Director of Martech Technology Strategy to drive Mazda North America Operations' enterprise Martech roadmap. The role connects Mazda's business goals to technology decisions, governing CDP, CRM, taxonomy, and personalization across multiple partners with a focus on measurable growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years in technology or marketing technology strategy.
- Experience shaping enterprise roadmaps across multiple platforms and teams.
- Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems including CDP, CRM, analytics, and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Own Mazda Martech strategy and roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, and data governance.
- Translate business priorities into use cases, requirements, and roadmaps for delivery teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and executive alignment on roadmap decisions.
- Partner with analytics, data engineering, and platform teams to validate feasibility and activation dependencies.
