Job summary

Wunderman Thompson (DBA VML) is seeking an Associate Director, Martech Technology Strategy to guide Mazda North America Operations' enterprise Martech roadmap. You will connect business goals to technology decisions across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, and governance, working with cross-functional teams and partners.

The role requires four days in-office per week with travel to Mazda and partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems and platforms.
• Experience with Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
• Ability to translate business priorities into measurable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Support Mazda Martech roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, and data engineering.
• Translate priorities into workstream plans, requirements, and governance inputs.
• Develop materials to support build/buy/partner decisions across the Martech stack.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points early and escalate with clear options.
