Mazda North America Operations is seeking an Associate Director, Martech Technology Strategy to drive the enterprise Martech roadmap. You will partner with Mazda stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business goals into concrete use cases, roadmaps, and governance across CDP, CRM, and analytics.

In this client-facing role, you will mentor teams, shape recommendations, and prepare decisions for senior leadership while maintaining strong day-to-day strategy partnership and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; marketing/tech experience preferred.
• 6+ years in technology strategy, marketing tech, or digital transformation.
• Experience shaping enterprise roadmaps across multiple teams and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Own Mazda Martech roadmap: CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, analytics.
• Translate business priorities into concrete use cases and roadmaps.
• Lead governance and taxonomy across platforms and vendors.
• Support cross-functional workshops and executive alignment.
