Job summary

Mazda North America Operations is seeking an Associate Director of Martech Technology Strategy to drive the enterprise Martech roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, and analytics. This client-facing role translates business priorities into actionable plans, governs naming and taxonomy, and partners with data engineering and platform teams to deliver measurable growth.

The position requires strong collaboration across Mazda, marketing, IT, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years in technology strategy, marketing tech strategy, digital transformation, or related fields.
Experience shaping enterprise roadmaps across multiple teams and platforms.
Strong knowledge of martech ecosystems including CDP, CRM, personalization, analytics, and audience orchestration.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

Own Mazda Martech technology strategy and roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, analytics, and data engineering.
Translate business priorities into workstream plans, requirements, and fundable use cases.
Define audience frameworks and governance standards; ensure consistency across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to support roadmap decisions and executive alignment.
Mentor team members and contribute reusable frameworks to the practice.
