Job summary

RSM is seeking a Senior Martech Architect to shape the marketing data stack for our US-based clients. You will lead decisions around CJA, CDP selection, and journey orchestration, aligning governance and data models with enterprise needs.

You will design cross‑functional architectures, partner with demand gen and analytics teams, and establish scalable integration patterns across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Martech, marketing data platforms, or marketing operations in a B2B enterprise.
• Experience evaluating and selecting technology platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with the CDP landscape (composable or packaged).
• Ability to architect across a multi‑platform stack.
• Strong command of B2B data concepts and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CDP vendor evaluation and build a business case.
• Design the data model, identity resolution, and audience activation.
• Own governance and work with partners to implement.
• Define integration patterns between CDP and CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Assess journey orchestration options and provide architecture-driven recommendations.
