Global Partners LP seeks a Product Manager, Marketing Technology to lead MarTech initiatives across CDP, CRM, and mobile apps. You will drive the roadmap, align with acquisition, conversion, and retention goals, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a cohesive omnichannel experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and champion data-driven decision making to improve customer engagement and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of product management experience in marketing tech or CRM/CDP systems.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, technology, and data teams.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and agile product management.

Responsabilités

• Leads the strategy, development, and execution of marketing technology initiatives (CDP, CRM, mobile apps).
• Drives the product roadmap by prioritizing features based on business value, user needs, and feasibility.
• Partners with operations and marketing to enhance in-store experiences and customer engagement.
• Manages vendor relationships and evaluates emerging MarTech technologies.
• Oversees integration of MarTech systems to create unified customer profiles and personalized content.
