Job summary

CDW is seeking a senior strategic technical architect to define end-to-end architecture for marketing automation, data, and AI across cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure). You will translate business needs into reference architectures, own intake and prioritization of platform requests, and partner with IT/Data teams on data models, APIs, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years designing and implementing RESTful APIs, including authentication, versioning, and governance standards.
• Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON payload design, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience writing technical integration specifications.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar languages.
• Experience architecting cloud-native integrations using AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for marketing automation, data, and AI platforms ensuring scalable, secure integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, reference architectures, and solution designs.
• Own intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution for platform requests, incidents, enhancements, and AI use cases.
• Partner with IT and Data teams on data models, APIs, middleware, identity resolution, and infrastructure.
• Design and govern RESTful and event-driven APIs, including authentication, versioning, rate limits, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate martech and AI platforms for integration maturity, transparency, data residency, and adoption complexity.
