Job summary

RELX is seeking a Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering to lead the architectural direction for Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, and analytics. You will steer platform governance, mentor senior engineers, and partner with product and business leaders to deliver scalable MarTech solutions.

Hybrid work model with weekly in-office presence in Alpharetta. Requires 10+ years in software/architecture and 3+ years leading technical teams, plus strong stakeholder engagement across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, marketing tech, or related areas.
• 3+ years in leading technical teams or programs.
• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and cloud tech.
• Experience across MarTech platforms like Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MarTech architecture standards and governance.
• Lead architecture reviews and oversee complex cross-platform initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and scalability.
• Drive platform modernization and reduce technical debt.
• Mentor engineers and foster engineering excellence and accountability.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Facilitate planning, decision-making, and trade-off discussions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and quality across the delivery lifecycle.
• Align Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and business teams on standards.
