Job summary

LexisNexis Special Services Inc. seeks a Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering to lead the Marketing Technology ecosystem, defining technical direction and governance across Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, Analytics, and Web platforms.

You will bridge business stakeholders with Product Owners and engineering teams, shaping strategic roadmaps and scalable solutions. You will lead a team of senior engineers, drive modernization efforts, and ensure architectural coherence while partnering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, marketing technology, or related disciplines.
3+ years leading technical teams, architecture functions, or programs.
Experience with enterprise architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and cloud tech.
Experience across MarTech platforms: Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, Analytics, Web, or Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and evolve MarTech architecture standards, patterns, and governance.
Lead architecture reviews and provide oversight for cross-platform initiatives.
Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and scalability standards.
Drive platform modernization, debt reduction, and long-term sustainability.
Mentor and develop engineers and specialists; foster engineering excellence.
