Job summary

RELX International is seeking a Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering to lead the Marketing Technology ecosystem, setting technical direction and governing standards across Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, Analytics, and web platforms.

You will mentor a team of senior engineers, partner with Product Owners and business leaders to translate objectives into scalable technical solutions and strategic roadmaps, and drive platform modernization in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise application architecture and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve MarTech architecture standards and governance.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight for cross-platform initiatives.
• Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and long-term sustainability.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable technical solutions.
