Job summary

Garner Health is seeking a Senior Associate, Marketing Operations to own the operational engine behind Garner’s demand generation. You will run day-to-day campaign operations, deliver marketing reporting and analysis, and keep lead data flowing to sales with speed and fidelity.

This automation-first role uses AI tools to transform repetitive work into monitored, hands-free processes, increasing leverage as you scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, segmentation)
• Salesforce familiarity is a strong plus
• 1–3 years in marketing/ revenue operations or similar
• Fluency with AI tools applied to real workflows or strong motivation to build quickly
• Data comfort: reports and spreadsheets; SQL or Python exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own campaign operations end-to-end, including enrollment, list processing, tracking setup
• Own the marketing ops request queue, triage, deliver within SLA
• Use AI tools and automation to create hands-free, monitored processes
• Deliver marketing reporting and analysis, maintain reporting library, run ad-hoc data pulls
• Own day-to-day lead routing operations and monitor flow health
