Job summary

Garner Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to scale campaigns that connect Garner with mid-size employers through health insurance broker audiences.

You will own the broker funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline, collaborate with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, and Events, and build a quarterly plan with broker segmentation and messaging. A hybrid/remote setup is available, with a mission-driven team and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation, growth, or integrated marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns, programs, and qualified pipeline behind broker audience.
• Design and launch multi-channel campaigns for health insurance brokers.
• Partner with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing and Events to convert broker relationships into pipeline.
• Measure channel performance and advise on where to invest next.
• Build broker lifecycle from first touch to activation and retention.
• Bring AI-enabled approach to scalable marketing systems.
