Garner Health is seeking a Senior Associate, Marketing Operations in New York City to own the day-to-day demand-gen engine. You’ll run campaign operations, manage enrollment, list processing, and CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate tracking and velocity from lead to sales.

You’ll use AI and automation to reduce manual work, deliver recurring reports, and support rapid lead routing as data sources evolve. A fit combines curiosity, detail-orientation, and a bias for scalable processes.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related operational role
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, segmentation) a must
• Salesforce familiarity is a strong plus
• Automation-first mindset; comfortable with repeatable, hands-free processes
• Fluency with data and reporting; SQL or Python exposure is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own campaign operations end-to-end: enrollment, list processing, tracking setup, CRM data hygiene
• Own the marketing ops request queue; triage and deliver within SLA
• Use AI tools and automation to convert repetitive work into hands-free processes
• Deliver marketing reporting and analysis; maintain reporting library and perform one-off pulls
• Own day-to-day lead routing; monitor flow health and adapt as data sources evolve
