Job summary

The Business Marketing Group seeks a Marketing Operations Manager who runs campaigns in an AI-first way, bringing deep expertise in marketing execution platforms and the AI skills to automate work. You will own execution standards at scale, maintaining quality and driving measurable impact in a fast‑paced marketing environment.

The ideal candidate has a track record of replacing manual workflows with AI, delivering time and cost savings while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

6+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing automation.
Hands-on build in at least two digital channels (email, paid social, in‑product messaging, web, SEM/display) with expert depth in at least one platform.
Demonstrated use of AI to produce real marketing work output with measurable impact.
Hands-on experience building and evaluating AI agents or LLM workflows.
Experience owning campaign execution at portfolio scale with QA and trade‑offs.
Experience scaling impact through standards and enablement.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in digital marketing.
Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
Experience supporting B2B marketing or high‑volume audiences globally.
Experience leading the transition from manual to automated workflows.
Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with AI tech.
Experience connecting AI tools to marketing systems via APIs/integrations.
SQL fluency or comparable data skills.
Comfort working in ambiguity; writing standards where none exist yet.
Experience with responsible AI practices (risk, bias, quality).
