Job summary

Abnormal AI in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation Operations to translate ARR and pipeline targets into operational demand strategies and execution roadmaps, owning end-to-end funnel from MQL to Closed Won. You will partner with Revenue Marketing and Digital Marketing leaders to align programs with revenue goals and fix bottlenecks.

You’ll lead funnel reviews, establish SLAs, measure campaign performance, and apply an AI-first mindset to surface early warnings.

Qualifications

7+ years in demand generation or revenue operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Proven ability to translate revenue targets into actionable demand plans and funnel models.
Experience designing lead lifecycle models, definitions, conversions, and SLAs.
Experience leading pipeline reviews with senior Sales & Marketing leaders.
Strong analytical skills with funnel, attribution, and BI data experience.

Responsibilities

Translate ARR and pipeline targets into operational demand generation strategies.
Own end-to-end lead lifecycle model and SLAs.
Run regular funnel reviews with Sales, BDR/SDR, and Marketing leaders.
Diagnose bottlenecks from MQL to Closed Won and drive fixes.
Collaborate across GTM to align systems and reporting.
