Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Marketing/Business Operations leader to drive financial discipline and scalable processes across the organization. The role emphasizes budget ownership, performance reporting, and agency/vendor coordination in a fully remote setting for select U.S.

states. You will lead planning and forecasting, align staffing with priorities, and develop clear performance visibility while maintaining regulatory and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or a related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Process discipline with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
