The ideal candidate has 6+ years in marketing or business development within professional services, strong governance and prioritization skills, and solid knowledge of AI tools and data analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or marketing operations in a professional services environment.
• Expertise in prioritizing competing requests using structured frameworks and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools, including generative AI platforms, automation tools, and data analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience in reporting and KPI/ROI measurement.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI landscapes; experience in business development or marketing is highly valuable.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on support across MBD marketing operations projects, manage workstreams, track deliverables, and keep initiatives moving.
• Coordinate across MBD sub-teams to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and process guides to ensure consistency.
• Support design and governance structures across MBD’s project portfolio, including intake processes and escalation paths.
• Track milestones, owners, and outcomes across active initiatives and provide leadership with regular visibility.
• Identify practical AI use-cases and develop proposals for piloting and evaluating them.
• Partner with IT and other stakeholders to scope AI pilots and communicate business requirements.
• Create training materials and reference docs; facilitate sessions to drive adoption of AI tools.
• Build cross-functional relationships across IT, Innovation, Communications, and other partners.
