Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing or business development within professional services.
• Proven ability to build governance structures and drive accountability.
• Experience prioritizing requests using impact/effort and other frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and KPI/ROI measurement skills.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and enterprise AI in marketing context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support MBD marketing operations projects with hands-on help and coordination.
• Manage workstreams, track deliverables, and keep initiatives moving.
• Help design governance, intake processes, and escalation paths.
• Identify AI use-cases and develop proposals for pilots.
• Create training materials and promote adoption of new tools.
