DLA Piper seeks a Marketing Operations Program Specialist to support the MBD team with a broad range of projects, focusing on operational excellence and practical AI opportunities. The role involves hands-on project support, governance design, and collaboration with IT and Innovation to pilot AI-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, and enabling adoption of AI-assisted workflows across marketing and business development functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing or business development in a professional services environment.
• Experience building governance structures and influencing without direct authority.
• Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, automation, and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support across a range of MBD marketing operations projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate across MBD sub-teams to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and process guides for consistency and knowledge retention.
• Partner with IT, Innovation, and other stakeholders to scope and support AI pilots and initiatives.
