You will empower teams, reduce high-pressure sales tactics, and guide operations across multiple branches with a focus on community impact and digital innovation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management or Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate the guest experience with a focus on meaningful human connections.
• Lead through behavioral coaching, empowering ambassadors to own outcomes.
• Ensure brand and space reflect Capital One values and standards.
• Manage 1–3 branches with an ownership mindset and continuous improvement.
• Develop team problem-solving skills and provide safety net for complex situations.
• Coach teams to navigate digital channels and emerging tech to reduce admin burdens.
